With my mid century dresser still in progress, I decided to pull together an idea instead of showing an unfinished project.
Dorothy Draper has been a huge inspiration to me as I continue to navigate my way through trial and error to find my style. Her use of bold patterns, brightly painted furniture and colored molding brought a fresh and unique perspective to the functional design process. Dorothy's designs remind me to have fun when decorating and to trust your personal style and aesthetic above anything else.
