Something cool about the beaches in Santa Cruz - they have fire pits every few hundred feet for public use. It would have been so amazing to have grabbed a ton of blankets, a cooler of beer and a handful of friends to kick back, relax and enjoy the scenery. Thinking of this, I tried to pull together a fab outdoor space that could work the same way no matter what scenery you have around you.
tip: Keep outdoor furniture neutral so it can work across all seasons. Add color and pattern through pillows to keep your patio space festive. Then, add as many pillows as you can afford to create a cozy, relaxing environment for family and friends.
