sponsored post and sweepstakes: new skin

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of New-Skin for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.

Today I'm fortunate enough to talk about something that's very near and dear to my heart. Bandages.

Actually, New Skin. See, look at their stuff.

Being the clutz that I am, I'm extremely prone to slicing and dicing myself on a regular basis. And since the I'm A Giant Dollhouse Challenge has upped my use of an Exacto knife, I'm constantly needing to strap on a new bandage.
Take these cuts for example.

Yikes, it looks like I could use some cuticle oil.

Simply put, New Skin Liquid Bandage would have been the more ideal coverage than the chunky, clunky bandage I had on both fingers. They got all dirty and gunky, stood out like a sore thumb and just down right made me annoyed. Had I used New Skin's Liquid Bandage,  I could have let me gotten on with my day with little to no interference. Silly, Kate.

Luckily, since these puppies will likely scar, New Skin has a Scar Fade option so I don't have to live with the gorgeous memories of my dollhouse creation forever.

Oh, AND they also have a Poison Ivy treatment so, when I end up with that this summer (re: clutz), it should prevent me from wanting to claw my skin off.

Now for the good stuff.
New Skin has their New-Skin sweepstakes going on where you can win one of three four-day adventures: skiing at Breckenridge, CO, touring the Botanical Gardens in Atlanta, GA or hiking in the Yellowstone National Park.

They're pretty dope prizes and here's all you need to be in the running:
  • enter the New-Skin sweepstakes
  • add a comment to this post of why you'd want to win the sweepstakes and how you'd use New Skin products
  • make sure to include a link to your sweepstakes page in your post
And don't forget  to ask me to go when you win!
